We’ve had an exciting and action‑packed middle of the term. As part of British Science Week, the children investigated what makes the best paper aircraft, took part in an inspiring live science lesson, and had an unforgettable experience meeting owls up close. We also learned about the Hindu festival of Holi, enjoying the colours, stories and traditions that make it such a joyful celebration.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our Alice in Wonderland–themed World Book Day! As well as dressing up, decorating biscuits, reading the story, watching the film, and enjoying a live performance, we also teamed up with Year 4 to write invitations for the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.
