Energy Financial Support

The British Gas Energy Trust operates two energy debt write off funds.

• Individuals and Families Fund - Open to credit and pre-payment meter customers. This fund is open to British Gas and customers of other suppliers. 
• Energy Support Fund – Open to credit and pre-payment meter customers of British Gas

• Who can apply: individuals and households in England, Scotland and Wales (applicants do not need to be British Gas customers to apply to the Individuals and Families Fund).
